Telephone Sales Agents – Remote
Global Discount Travel is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to work as telephone sales agents to provide top-quality service to our clients. Position involves all areas of air, cruise, hotel, car reservations, and travel insurance in a highly automated environment. We need energetic people who enjoy working with the travel trade in an international and multi-cultural environment. Agents must have a laptop and an internet connection for this position.
Agents work from home and will self-manage their time and hours. Applicants need to be experienced in using CRS systems (especially Worldspan and Amadeus) and in working in a high-quality customer service environment. English speaking skills are mandatory and knowledge of a second language will be helpful in this position.
